In an endeavor to address the pressing issue of erosion, the Training Academy hosted a momentous event on the 15th of June 2023. This event marked a significant milestone in the CREEPER project, co-financed by the European Union, bringing together a diverse group of participants to shed light on erosion challenges and present the project's commendable results.

Under the adept facilitation of Matteo Caprera, the event drew in an array of participants, including project collaborators Marwan Zaher, Lorenzo Fornari, Valeria Olivieri, Ilaria Proietti, Alessandra Nardinocchi from the Training Academy, and a substantial attendance of 33 individuals. The chosen venue, Via Chatillon 10 in Genzano di Roma, provided an apt setting for an engaging and productive discourse.

The objectives of the multiplier event encompassed multiple facets. Firstly, the event aimed to unveil the core essence of the CREEPER project, introducing its overarching goals, the conducted activities, and the impressive outcomes achieved thus far. Attendees were given an insight into the journey that the project had undertaken since its inception, including the various activities during the Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs) and the experiential trips to Madeira, Martinique, and Rome. Each location showcased the erosion challenge through its unique lens, offering a comprehensive perspective on the global nature of the issue.

The event was not merely a presentation but also a platform for interactive dialogue. A dedicated question-and-answer session enabled participants to delve deeper into the project's intricacies, especially focusing on the outcomes of the experiential trips. The variations in solutions and approaches from different contexts underscored the universality of the erosion problem. The discussion kindled curiosity and ignited the passion of participants, fostering a deeper connection to the challenges and solutions presented by the project.

Central to the CREEPER project was its collaboration with students, who played a pivotal role in producing innovative solutions. The multiplier event highlighted the contributions of these students, showcasing their impressive achievements under the guidance of their tutors. Furthermore, the event spotlighted the online interactions between schools, which enriched knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts. This emphasis on collaboration resonated throughout the event, underscoring the collective commitment to combating erosion.

As the event concluded, participants left armed with a comprehensive understanding of the CREEPER project's scope and impact. The distribution of brochures encapsulating the project's key points offered a tangible resource for attendees to reflect on the event's discussions. The multiplier event not only celebrated the accomplishments of the project but also served as a call to action for all participants to take the lessons learned and the collaborative spirit into their future endeavors.
